What this could lead to

If successful, this study could show which type of talk therapy works best for teens with common mental health conditions, helping doctors choose more effective treatments.

What could go wrong

This is an observational study, not a controlled trial, so results may be influenced by natural differences between participants. It is also relatively small and focused on one clinic in Italy, so findings may not apply everywhere.
