Summary

This study is testing a precise type of radiation called proton therapy for people whose nasopharyngeal cancer has come back. The goal is to see if it can control the cancer while causing fewer severe side effects than standard treatments. About 52 adults with recurrent, non-spreading cancer will receive this therapy and be monitored for safety and survival.
