Immune booster aims to stop Cancer's return in advanced nasopharyngeal cancer

Summary
This study tests whether adding Natural Killer (NK) cells from healthy donors to standard chemoradiotherapy can lower the chance of cancer returning in people with advanced nasopharyngeal cancer. About 31 participants will receive different doses of NK cells to find the safest and most effective dose. The main goal is to reduce the number of patients with detectable cancer DNA in their blood from 30% to 10% after treatment.
