Summary
This study follows 403 adults with primary hyperparathyroidism who are having surgery to remove overactive parathyroid glands. Researchers will check heart health, kidney function, bone strength, and quality of life before surgery and at 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, and 5 years after. The goal is to understand how surgery affects these outcomes over time.
