NCT ID NCT05030298
First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests whether giving a single, precise dose of radiation before surgery can help control high grade glioma (a fast-growing brain tumor) while reducing side effects. About 28 adults with this type of brain tumor will receive radiosurgery before their planned tumor removal. The main goal is to find the safest radiation dose and see how well patients tolerate the treatment.
