Summary
This study tests two medications, dexmedetomidine and tramadol, given before hemorrhoid surgery to see which one better reduces anxiety and pain. 90 adults aged 20-60 participated. Researchers measured anxiety levels before surgery and pain up to 24 hours after, along with vital signs during the procedure.
