Summary

This study tests two medications, dexmedetomidine and tramadol, given before hemorrhoid surgery to see which one better reduces anxiety and pain. 90 adults undergoing the procedure will be randomly assigned to receive one of the drugs, and their anxiety levels, pain scores, and vital signs will be measured. The goal is to find which drug offers a smoother experience for patients.
