Pre-Surgery boot camp for cancer patients shows promise

Summary
This study tests whether a program of physical activity, nutritional advice, and psychological support before surgery can improve recovery and quality of life in patients with ovarian or endometrial cancer. 64 participants will be randomly assigned to either receive standard care or the extra prehabilitation program. The goal is to see if this approach helps patients feel stronger and have fewer complications after their operation.
