NCT ID NCT06770738

First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study looked at 320 adults who had heart surgery to see how well two risk scores (EuroSCORE-II and POSPOM) predict the chance of dying in the hospital. Researchers reviewed medical records from a single hospital between 2020 and 2024. No new treatments were given—the goal was simply to find out which score is more reliable for planning care.
