Summary
This study looks at whether a quick bedside exam can help emergency room doctors tell the difference between harmless vertigo and serious causes like stroke. Researchers will study 825 adults who come to the ER with dizziness or unsteadiness. The goal is to improve diagnosis, reduce unnecessary brain scans, and save time and money.
