First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tests whether a program of exercise and personalized nutrition before breast cancer treatment (called prehabilitation) can help women recover faster and feel better. Researchers will measure fitness, strength, and quality of life in 66 women with early-stage breast cancer. The goal is to see if starting these healthy habits before treatment reduces side effects and improves long-term outcomes.
