First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study tests whether a program of exercise and personalized nutrition, started right after a breast cancer diagnosis and continued through treatment, can improve fitness, strength, and quality of life. Researchers will enroll 66 women with early-stage breast cancer. The goal is to see if this "prehabilitation" approach reduces treatment side effects and helps women recover more fully.
