Summary
This study tests giving chemotherapy before radiation for people with high-grade gliomas, a type of aggressive brain tumor. The goal is to see if this approach works well and makes MRI scans easier to read, since radiation can change how the brain looks. About 70 adults aged 18-80 with measurable tumor after surgery will take temozolomide, the standard chemo, before starting radiation. This is a screening method to help test new drugs in the future.
