Summary

This study is for people with operable, lymph node-positive triple negative breast cancer. It tests whether adding low or high dose radiation to standard chemo and immunotherapy before surgery can improve outcomes. Participants receive radiation to the breast tumor over 3 days, then continue standard treatment. The goal is to find the best radiation dose to help the immune system fight the cancer.
