First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study is for people with operable, lymph node-positive triple negative breast cancer. It tests whether giving a low or high dose of radiation to the breast tumor along with immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) before standard chemotherapy can improve the chance of eliminating all cancer in the lymph nodes at surgery. About 32 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either low or high dose radiation over 3 days, followed by standard treatment and surgery.
