Summary

This study is for people who have had a stem cell transplant for blood cancer and are at high risk of serious fungal infections. The standard preventive drug may not work well enough anymore. Researchers are testing a stronger drug, posaconazole, and checking its levels in the blood to make sure it is effective. The goal is to find the right dose to prevent infections during the first three months after transplant.
