First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study is for people who have had a stem cell transplant for blood cancer and are at high risk of serious fungal infections. The standard preventive drug may not work well enough anymore, so researchers are testing a stronger drug called posaconazole. They will check the drug levels in the blood to make sure each patient gets the right dose to prevent infection.
