Summary
This study tests a new imaging tracer to see if it can measure brain inflammation in people with Alzheimer's disease or mild cognitive impairment. About 90 volunteers aged 50 and older, including healthy individuals, will undergo PET and MRI scans. The goal is to understand how inflammation relates to these conditions, not to provide treatment.
