Summary

This study looks at whether eating peanuts every day can improve blood sugar, blood pressure, thinking skills, and gut health in adults with prediabetes. Researchers will enroll 72 racially diverse adults aged 20-59 who have prediabetes but no peanut allergies. Participants will eat peanuts or avoid them for set periods, and their health will be tracked over 14 months.
