Summary

This study looks at whether eating peanuts every day can help control blood sugar, improve blood vessel health, and support brain function in adults with prediabetes. Researchers will enroll 72 racially diverse participants aged 20-59. Over 14 months, each person will follow both a peanut-eating and a peanut-free period to compare the effects.
