Summary

This study looks at whether eating peanuts every day can improve blood sugar, blood pressure, memory, and gut health in adults with prediabetes. Researchers will enroll 72 racially diverse men and women aged 20-59. Participants will eat peanuts or avoid them for set periods, and their health will be measured throughout the 14-month study.
