Summary
This study looked at 45 people with patellofemoral pain syndrome (pain around the kneecap) to see if different types of the condition have different movement problems. Researchers used a special device to measure how the thigh and shin bones rotate during walking. The goal was to better understand the condition, not to test a treatment.
