First seen Feb 22, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study tests whether a special nerve block, called a transversalis fascia plane block, can help control pain after kidney donation surgery. Half of the 50 participants will receive the nerve block plus standard anesthesia, while the other half will receive only standard anesthesia. The goal is to see if the nerve block reduces the need for opioid painkillers and improves recovery.
