Summary
This study tests two different medicines (dexmedetomidine and low-dose ketamine) to see which one works better for pain control after weight-loss surgery. 90 adults will be randomly assigned to receive one of these medicines or a placebo during surgery. The goal is to find a safer way to manage pain and reduce the need for strong opioids like morphine.
