Summary
This study tested two types of ultrasound-guided nerve blocks to see which provides better pain relief after open total abdominal hysterectomy. 42 adults aged 35-65 participated. The goal was to see how long each block delayed the need for extra pain medication and how much medication was needed in the first 24 hours.
