New study aims to ease C-Section pain without opioids

Summary
This study compares two ultrasound-guided nerve blocks (TFP and ESP) to control pain after cesarean section. The goal is to see which block provides better pain relief and reduces the need for opioid painkillers. Sixty women having a planned C-section will participate, and their pain scores and medication use will be tracked.
