Could a simple heart monitor save lives in shock?

Summary
This study tests whether using a special heart monitor (pulmonary artery catheter) early in people with cardiogenic shock from heart failure lowers the risk of dying in the hospital. About 400 adults will be randomly assigned to get the monitor or standard care. The goal is to see if early monitoring helps doctors make better treatment decisions.
