This study tested how easy and acceptable the P-STEP mobile app is for people with chronic conditions like asthma, COPD, heart disease, or type 2 diabetes. 178 adults in Leicester, UK, used the app for 12 weeks and gave feedback on its usability. The goal was to see if the app is user-friendly, not to treat or cure any disease.
