Summary
This study looks at how nutritional counseling and physical exercise affect aging markers in elderly women. Researchers will measure telomere length and other signs of cellular aging in 80 women aged 60-75, some with obesity and some without. The goal is to see if lifestyle changes can slow down the aging process at a cellular level.
