Summary
This study looks at whether taking certain nutritional supplements for 28 days can help adults who have mild sleep issues sleep better, think more clearly, and feel less stressed. About 68 adults aged 25 to 60 who consider themselves poor sleepers will take either a supplement or a placebo. Researchers will measure sleep quality, gut bacteria, memory, and mood before and after the treatment.
