First seen Jan 28, 2026 · Last updated Jun 06, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study looks at whether taking certain nutritional supplements for 28 days can help adults who have mild sleep troubles sleep better, think more clearly, and feel less stressed. About 68 adults aged 25 to 60 who consider themselves poor sleepers will be randomly assigned to take one of two supplements or a placebo. Their sleep quality, gut bacteria, memory, and mood will be measured before and after the 28-day period.
