Summary
This study tests whether a nurse-led program can help women aged 45-64 in Hong Kong better manage their health and use medical resources wisely. Over 1,700 participants will either receive personalized nurse guidance or general health advice. The goal is to improve health confidence, self-care, and quality of life while reducing risks for conditions like menopause symptoms, anxiety, and cancer.
