Summary

This study tests whether giving patients electrical muscle stimulation and high-protein shakes soon after a type of stroke (aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage) can prevent muscle loss and improve recovery. Thirty adults will receive the combo therapy or standard care. The main goal is to see if muscle thickness changes, measured by ultrasound.
