NCT ID NCT07198113

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 36 times

Summary

This study looks at how well newer inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) medications work in children whose previous anti-TNF treatment stopped working or didn't help. About 1,100 kids with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis will answer questions about their symptoms and health over time while taking these newer drugs as part of their regular care. The goal is to see if these medications are safe and effective for children with hard-to-treat IBD.
