Summary
This study is testing a new medicine called PF-08634404 to see if it can help adults with early-stage non-small cell lung cancer. The medicine will be given either alone or with chemotherapy, depending on whether the cancer can be removed with surgery. Researchers want to see if the treatment shrinks tumors, helps more people have successful surgery, and prevents the cancer from coming back.
