Summary

This study is testing a new medicine called PF-08634404 for adults with early-stage or locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Researchers want to see if the drug works better when given alone or with chemotherapy, either before surgery or after other treatments. The trial will measure how well tumors respond, safety, and whether the treatment helps prevent cancer from returning.
