Summary

This study is testing whether adding specific breathing muscle exercises to standard cardiac rehabilitation helps people recovering from heart conditions. Researchers will enroll 80 adults who have been hospitalized for heart problems like heart attacks, surgeries, or transplants. They'll measure if the breathing training improves muscle strength, physical ability, and quality of life during recovery.
