New cocktail targets Hard-to-Treat stomach cancers

Summary
This study tests a new combination of drugs—neratinib, trastuzumab, pembrolizumab, and chemotherapy—in people with HER2-positive stomach or esophageal cancer. The goal is to see how well the treatment shrinks tumors and controls the disease. About 36 adults will take part, and the study is currently recruiting.
