Summary
This study will follow 330 infants diagnosed with congenital hydronephrosis (a common kidney condition) before 6 months of age. Over 3 years, researchers will track whether the condition improves, worsens, or stays the same using ultrasound scans. The goal is to learn the natural course of the disease so doctors can better decide when treatment is needed and avoid unnecessary procedures.
