Summary
This study tests whether nattokinase, an enzyme from fermented soy (natto), can reduce inflammation and improve heart health markers in people with high cholesterol. Researchers will give 48 adults either nattokinase or a placebo for two months and measure changes in blood markers like C-reactive protein and cholesterol. The goal is to see if this supplement can help control heart disease risk.
