Summary

This study looks at whether music therapy can improve mental health and social connections in university students who feel stressed, anxious, or depressed. Twenty students will be randomly assigned to either music therapy sessions or a non-therapeutic music listening group. Researchers will measure changes in mood, loneliness, and brain activity during the sessions.
