First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study compares two surgical methods to fix a kneecap that keeps popping out of place. One method uses a hamstring tendon and a screw, the other uses a quadriceps tendon and a small anchor. Researchers will track 90 patients aged 15-40 to see which approach gives better stability and less pain.
