Inclusion Criteria: * MPFL Reconstruction Exclusion Criteria: * Trochleoplasty Required * Prior ipsilateral knee surgery * Iwano grade 2+ * CHondral injury requiring surgical treatment beyond debridement * Major ligamentous injury to the knee
