Microdialysis probe may catch deadly pancreatic leaks before It's too late

Summary
This study tests whether a small monitoring probe placed near the surgical site can detect internal leaks early after pancreatic cancer surgery. About 200 adults having this operation will be randomly assigned to receive the probe or standard care. The goal is to see if early detection reduces hospital stays and serious complications.
