Summary

This study compares a 6-week mindfulness program to a sleep education class to see which better improves sleep in first- and second-year college students. About 240 UCLA students aged 18-22 who have trouble sleeping will participate. Researchers will track sleep quality, inflammation, and well-being over a year.
