Summary
This study tested whether a mindfulness-based training program could help adults who had lost weight avoid regaining it. Researchers enrolled 48 people who had lost weight through bariatric surgery, medical programs, or lifestyle changes. Participants practiced mindfulness techniques aimed at changing unhealthy eating habits, and their weight was tracked over six months.
