Mindfulness may ease COPD anxiety, small study suggests

Summary
This study looks at whether an 8-week mindfulness program (MBSR) can improve anxiety, depression, stress, and quality of life in people with COPD. About 44 adults with COPD who are already in a pulmonary rehab program will take part. They will attend weekly group sessions, a silent retreat, and practice at home, with check-ins over 12 months.
