Summary
This study tests a remote program that combines mindfulness with nutrition and cooking lessons to help breast cancer survivors eat better. About 49 people who had stage I-III breast cancer in the past 5 years will take part. The program is delivered online through the Cook for Your Life website and aims to see if it's practical and well-liked.
