Summary
This study tests a remotely-delivered nutrition and cooking program called MIND for people who had stage I-III breast cancer. The goal is to see if the program is practical and helps improve diet quality, like eating more fruits and vegetables. About 49 participants will use an online platform with recipes and videos, and researchers will track how many join, complete the program, and find it helpful.
