Brain food: diet trial targets chemobrain in breast cancer patients

Summary
This study tests whether a 12-week MIND diet program can ease memory problems, fatigue, and mood issues in women with stage II-III triple-negative breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy. About 60 participants will be randomly assigned to either the MIND diet or general health coaching, with all sessions done remotely. The goal is to see if this eating plan helps with 'chemobrain' and other symptoms during active treatment.
