Summary
This study tests whether a plant-based resistant starch, tailored to each child, can help restore a healthier gut microbiome in 100 kids with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. Participants must have mild disease or be in remission. The goal is to boost butyrate production and reduce disability, not to cure the disease.
